Description

Granted is a local nonprofit organization that grants Wishes to children ages 3 – 18 who live in Southern Indiana, Southeast Illinois, and Western Kentucky, and have a life-threatening or terminal illness.  Recognizing that once the Wish is complete, the children are still sick, and the family is still struggling on many levels, Granted offers a comprehensive group of Beyond The Wish benefits to continue supporting families.  Benefits include support groups, events throughout the year, and resources in the family’s times of crisis.

Mission

Granted serves families of children in the tri-state with life threatening conditions by granting WISHES and providing BEYOND THE WISH programming.

Vision

Granted seeks to be the preeminent Wish granting organization of Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and Southeast Illinois, offering services that clearly exceed all expectations, and provide families with encouragement, hope, joy, and everlasting memories.  From the perfect Wish for each eligible special child, to programming, special events, and ongoing communications with families, Granted will be an important part of each family’s resource referral pool and support system in their times of crisis, and top of mind for the community as our services are needed.

Granted serves local children with terminal or life-threatening condition by granting their greatest Wish.  The Wish is just the beginning of our journey with each family, as we offer a whole series of Beyond The Wish benefits.
