It is our vision that our community will be transformed by educating youth on the life skills necessary to be successful and free from the cycle of abuse, poverty, crime, and trauma. At UMYH we have a plethora of programs, including a residential program, a day education program for obtaining a high school equivalency diploma, a truancy mentorship program to alleviate barriers to education attendance, and independent living program that allows our youth to have "real-world" experience to prepare them for adulthood, and community outpatient therapy.
With tailored treatment programs and caring staff, we help young people find pathways to success, fulfillment, and over all wellness. We strive to meet the needs of each young person who walks through our doors - and not just short term, which is why UMYH offers youth mentorship and resources beyond their enrollment with us.
