The Salvation Army

We are a social service agency, church, and charity located in Evansville Indiana. Every Salvation Army location is different on what they have to offer, as we try to fit the needs of each community, and this one is no different. We are always looking for better ways to serve our community, and I hope you reach out to us and see what we're all about!

The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

We offer several social services, including soup kitchen, food pantry, bill help, and life coaching through our Pathway of Hope program. We offer all of this in the name of Jesus and the love he has shown as all, and we firmly believe in doing the best we can to help anyone and everyone regardless of their situation.
