Services provided, but not limited to, are: Chronic and Acute Care, Well Child Visits, School and Sports Physicals, Vaccinations, Prenatal Services, Social Services, Dental Case Management, Family Planning, Behavioral Health, Homeless Health Outreach, Bilingual Staff/Language Line, some In-house Speciality Clinics, Prescription Assistance, and on-site Lab services.
